Invites online applications for ‘Combined Stenographer (General Selection) Competitive Examination 2016 (II).
Last Date for Submission of Applications—January 18, 2017.
Last Date for Online Registration of Applications—January 14, 2017.
Age Limit—The age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on July 1, 2016. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be given as per the set government norms.
Total Number of Vacancies—352.
Essential Educational Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess a pass certificate of Intermediate from Board of High School and Inter-mediate Education Uttar Pradesh or equivalent certificate from a government recognized board or institute.
- Candidate must have a speed in Hindi stenography and typing of 80 words per minute and 25 words per minute respectively.
- Candidate must have a C.C.C. pass certificate from DOEACC society or from other government recognized institutes.
Selection Procedure—Selection procedure will carry total 100 marks. There will be a written examination of objective type multiple choice questions, carrying total 40 marks. The written examination will be divided into three parts—Hindi Knowledge (40 questions of total 20 marks), General Intelligence Test (20 questions of total 10 marks) and General Knowledge (20 questions of total 10 marks). After written examination, there will be a test of typing and stenography speed which will be of qualifying nature. There will be an Interview of 25 marks. Rest of the marks will be given as per the educational qualifications and career as a sportsperson of the candidate.
